Nuance is an intimate format of gatherings, where art becomes a reason for conversation, and conversation becomes a reason to meet.
Galleries and auction houses, museums and private collections — here art reveals itself through a living dialogue with those who create, find, and present it: curators, gallerists, auctioneers, art dealers and art consultants, museum specialists, historians and art historians.
Nuance is a circle for those who want to see art closer and deeper.
Tastings built around a single work or a single room — wine as an extension of the conversation, not a break from it.
Private visits and behind-the-scenes access to how the art world actually moves — from a gallery wall to the auction floor.
Closed conversations with the people who make, choose, and place the work — collectors, artists, and curators alike.
My name is Alina, I am the founder and curator of the Nuance project.
For several years I have worked with art and art museums across Switzerland: leading guided tours on various themes and exhibitions, and developing custom itineraries, including for Art Basel. I am also the organizer of the "Museum for Everyone" project, which makes Swiss culture and art more accessible, democratic, and inclusive.
With Nuance, I want to bring together people who seek a deeper immersion in contemporary art and Swiss culture — creating a platform that invites specialists from different fields shaping the country's contemporary culture and art, so that every gathering is rich, deep, exclusive, and memorable.
Nuance is a close-knit circle of people, united by art, deliberately small: an intimate atmosphere, deep immersion in the subject, meetings with people from the industry, and an aesthetic accompaniment.
There is no fixed program. Every gathering is individual: the venue, the guests, the pairings — so that no two are ever alike. This is an exclusive experience for true connoisseurs of culture.
Nuance is a closed community, entry to which opens by invitation. The circle stays small because it rests on one thing — a shared pull toward culture and art, held in common by those gathered within it. Membership carries no fixed fee.
Every gathering takes its own shape: its own setting, its own rhythm, its own circle of guests — and it's precisely there that its worth, its length, and its depth are born.
Members are the first to learn of upcoming events through a personal mailing, and may share an evening with one guest once a season.
